The company provides delivery services throughout Indonesia via partner expedition services, including:
• J&T Express
• J&T Cargo
2. Shipping Schedule
• Orders placed before 3:00 PM Western Indonesian Time (WIB) will be processed on the same day.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM WIB will be processed on the next business day.
• Shipments are made daily.
3. Shipping Process
The shipping process follows these steps:

Products are packed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Package handed over to the expedition service.

Tracking number will be sent to the customer after the package is processed by the expedition service.

Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times follow the policies of each expedition service:
• Within the city: 1–2 business days.
• Outside the city: 2–5 business days.
• Remote areas: adjusted to access and expedition service.
Delays due to weather, force majeure, or issues from the expedition service are beyond the company's responsibility.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on:
• Package weight or volume.
• Destination location.
• Type of expedition service selected.
Free shipping promotions are subject to applicable terms and conditions.
5. Returned Package Policy
Packages may be returned if:
• Address is incomplete or not found.
• Recipient's number cannot be reached.
• Recipient rejects the package.
• Package exceeds the storage time limit at the expedition service.
Reshipping costs due to incorrect data provided by the customer are the customer's responsibility.
6. Damage or Loss of Package
Damage or loss of packages during the shipping process will be handled according to the expedition service's policy.
Customers must provide:
• Unboxing video without interruption.
• Photo of the receipt and package condition.
• Order number.
7. Address Change
Address changes can only be made before the order is processed and shipped.
