When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM WIB will be processed on the same day, while orders placed after 3:00 PM WIB will be processed on the next business day. Estimated delivery within the city is 1–2 business days and outside the city is 2–5 business days.

Can I Return My Product?

Yes, returns or refunds can be requested if the product is damaged, does not match the order, or the order is cancelled according to the terms and conditions. The request must be accompanied by an unboxing video without pause, product photos, and the order number within 2 x 24 hours after the item is received.

What Can I Do If My Item Is Damaged Or Partially Damaged?
