Yes, returns or refunds can be requested if the product is damaged, does not match the order, or the order is cancelled according to the terms and conditions. The request must be accompanied by an unboxing video without pause, product photos, and the order number within 2 x 24 hours after the item is received.
Please contact customer service immediately with an unboxing video without breaks, a photo of the receipt, photos of product damage, and your order number. Complaints must be submitted within a maximum of 1 x 24 hours after the item is received.
